What the contact form may collect
The contact form may collect your name, email address, company name, message, and optional project details so we can understand your request.
Why the data is used
Data submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential collaboration, and provide the services you request.
Email processing
Contact form messages are sent to contact@mimogos.com using the configured email service for the MIMogOS domain. Your email address is included as the Reply-To address so we can respond to your inquiry.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve the inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
No sale of personal data
MIMogOS does not sell inquiry data or personal data collected through this website.
Correction or deletion requests
You may request correction or deletion of your submitted data by emailing contact@mimogos.com.
Cookies and analytics
- Cookies are currently used for language preference so the site can remember whether you prefer Romanian or English.
- The language preference cookie is used only to route you to the selected language version more conveniently.
- For aggregate traffic statistics we use a self-hosted analytics system operated by MIMogOS, with no analytics cookies, no advertising identifiers, and no data transfer to third parties, so the website does not display an analytics consent banner.
- Browser signals such as Do Not Track are respected when supported by the visitor environment.
